When do I get my American address?

At the completion of the registration, you will receive an email with your American address.

How do I enter my address when registering?
Address Line 1: This should be the District, Street name and House number. Address Line 2: To be used when you have a long address with 2 lines. City: This should be the City, Town or Area where you live. Postal code: This should be the Post code where you live, not your PO Box number. State: This should be the Region you live in. It is optional. Country: This is the name of the country you live in and cannot be changed.
When do you send my packages?

When we receive your goods, we will send you an email, login to your account, then select your shipping method and pay. If the payment made before 12:00 noon EST, then the package will be shipped in the same day. Payment after 12:00 noon EST, packages will be shipped in the next working day (Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays)

How many types of shipping Postshipper offers?

Postshipper provide these types of shipping as follows:

  • Fast shipping: this is the fastest shipping option, your order will be in your country (2-6 business days)
  • Economy Shipping: this is one of the most competitive shipping option, but it also means it is slower than the Fast shipping, as the items will be in your country (7-11 business days).
  • Also, FedEx priority and DHL express are available for some countries as well.

Our delivery times commited excludes Customs Clearance time.

Postshipper dispatches shipments at 12:00 noon EST on daily basis except for Saturdays and Sundays (Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays).

How does Postshipper weigh shipments?

Postshipper uses the international courier standard of weighing, which is the volumetric weight that is the amount of space that the package occupies verses weight, i.e. item density of the package.

We use sensitive scale to weigh the package, then we measure that against the international standard volumetric weight formula "(L x W x H) / 139", and we will charge you on whichever is higher.

What will happen if I order prohibited items?

We will e-mail you regarding your package. You have the option to request us to discard it or have it returned to the sender for $20 as a service charge in addition to the shipping charges.

Can you return a shipment to its sender?

Yes. Postshipper provides return shipment service, there is a $5 processing fee plus shipping charges.

I have received items into my account and I am expecting more shipments on the way, can I wait till all my shipments arrives to my address at Postshipper before I ship my packages?

Simply yes, Postshipper can hold your shipments for 45 days from the day we receive it, so you can wait for the other items to arrive before you ship the items in your account.

Does the shipping price include customs fees?

Customs duties and clearance charges are not included in the shipping charges and are determined only by your local customs authority. We will charge you as we clear your items from the local customs.

Can I receive packages not addressed me?

No, all packages must be addressed to you and include your full account number. Not including your account number might result confusions as some else might have the same name.

What about Food, can I ship food with Postshipper?

We cannot export any food items that require refrigeration, or prohibited tp export by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Also these items may be not accepted in your local customs, we highly advise to check with your local customs.

Will you open my package?

To comply with US export regulations, we must open and review all packages, our highly skilled employees will carefully review your purchases to ensure they were not broken during shipping.

If the package did include an invoice, we will show the packages on your account and request you to specify the price, we expect you to provide the real prices. We will not ship any items without the value of these items have been specified.

Can I receive mail from individuals as well?

You can receive packages from any source .retailers or a friend .

How long can I store my packages for?

We will store your goods for 60 days for free. After 60 days, a charge of $ 0.25 per package per day will be applied. If we don't receive the payment during120 days your package will be destroyed expulsion. I have received items into my account …… Simply yes, Postshipper can hold your shipments for 60 days from the day we receive it, so you can wait for the other items to arrive before you ship the items in your account.

Does Postshipper provide refrigeration?

No, there is no cooling in our warehouse or in transportation to your country.
Items that need to be refrigerated , including frozen food, perishable items, drugs are sensitive to heat, dry ice and chocolate.

Can I use my Postshipper Address to receive magazines and Personal Mail?

Yes, you can, the only challenge that you will also getting junk mail included with your paper based packages, we are currently building a process to help you to avoid receiving Junk Mail while still you would receive your personal Mail as well as your Magazines.

What if my item is gift-wrapped?

As described previously, to ensure the compliancy with U.S. export regulations, we must open and review all wrapped items. When possible, we will make every effort to return wrapped items to their original condition.

What are the prohibited items?
  • Animal remains or ashes
  • Bullion
  • Cash (bank notes, currency notes and coins)
  • Complete firearms, ammunition, explosives / explosive devices, knives
  • Human remains or ashes
  • Illegal goods and ivory. This can include items that are country-specific (e.g. the importation of alcohol and pornography) and commodities considered to be illegal internationally, such as counterfeit goods, ivory and certain narcotics (e.g. heroin, cocaine)
  • Live animals (including but not limited to mammals, reptiles, fish, invertebrates, amphibians, birds, insects, larvae and pupae)
  • Loose lithium metal batteries under IATA PI968 section II
  • Loose precious and semi-precious stones (cut or un-cut, polished or un-polished)
  • vape devices, vaping products and accessories
  • Adult products or accessories

 

How does Postshipper ship to KSA?

Postshipper uses the international couriers FedEx, DHL and UPS.

Can I ship batteries, perfume and flammable liquids with Postshipper?

Yes, you can. There is $10 fee for shipping flammable items including but not limited to batteries, nail polisher, perfumes, flammable sprays, and any item includes flammable liquid. For any query regarding any specific item, please contact us.

Do you provide insurance?
Postshipper provides free insurance for goods valued up to $ 100. If the value of the goods is more than $ 100, Postshipper provides optional insurance for our customers.
Can I use my friend/relative credit card to pay for my shipment?
No, you must use your own credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name registered on our website.
